As we move from Classic Pages to the brand-new Page experience on Facebook, we will be deprecating a variety of Page Insights API metrics. Below we will include the details that pertain to the developer neighborhood. With the migration of all Facebook Pages to the brand-new Pages experience, the Page Insights tab for traditional Pages has actually been completely deprecated as of November 1, 2023. As part of this deprecation we are likewise deprecating 89 Page Insights metrics.

We are supplying a 90-day notice to designers that these deprecations will be carried out on March 14, 2024, to give adequate time to make any changes that are needed in preparation for this upgrade.

Once they are deprecated, the API will return an invalid metric mistake when calling any of these metrics. To avoid disruption to your organization, please evaluate the list of deprecated metrics to ensure your business shifts from utilizing these.
